涪陵区人群艾滋病感染现状流行病学调查

目的]调查涪陵区不同人群HIV病毒感染现状,分析流行趋势.方法]采用分层整群抽样的流行病学调查方法,在11类人群中抽样调查6036人,对全部样本人群抽静脉血用酶联免疫法作HIV初筛,二试二次阳性标本送重庆市疾控中心HIV确认实验室用免疫印迹法(WB)作最后确认.资料用SPSS10.1软件分析.结果]涪陵区抽样人群HIV感染率为1.26%.6个行业人群中检出HIV感染者,男性高于女性,不同人群中差异非常显著,自愿咨询检测者检出率高达8.80%.感染方式由吸毒向性传播过渡,感染人群由特殊高危人群向一般人群发展.结论]涪陵区人群HIV感染率高,社会人群受艾滋病威胁较为严重.政府、社会应高度重视艾滋病的预防工作,采取有效措施,控制艾滋病流行.

EPIDEMICAL INVESTIGATION ON THE STATUS OF AIDS INFECTION IN THE CROWDS OF FULING

Objective] To investigate the status of HIV infection in different crowds in Fuling district, and analyze the epidemical trend. Methods ] Adopted stratified cluster sampling, 6036 people were selected in 11 types of crowds, their venous blood were carried out the primary screening of HIV by ELISA, then the positive samples were finally confirmed by immunoblotting. The data were analyzed with SPSS10.1. Results] The HIV infection rate was 1.26% in the sampling crowd. In six types of occupations, the infective rate of male was higher than that of female. The differences were obviously significant in different crowds. The infective ways changed from drug abuse to sexual transmission. The infective crowds developed toward the general crowd from the special crowd with high dangerous behaviors. Conclusion] The HIV infective rate is high in Fuling, AIDS seriously threats the social crowd. Government and society should attach importance to the preventive work of AIDS, take available measures to control theepidemic of AIDS.
