| 摘 要： | 目的探讨医疗费用支付方式对乳腺癌生存时间的影响。方法随访1988-1989年277例乳腺癌住院病人,分析不同医疗费用支付方式对乳腺癌患者生存时间的影响。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ期自费、公费、劳保医疗的乳腺癌患者的3、5、8年生存率差异无显著性(P>0.05);Ⅲ期乳腺癌患者在不同医疗费用支付方式下3、5年生存率差异无显著性(P>0.05),而享有劳保医疗的Ⅲ期乳腺癌患者8年生存率达到76.47%(13/17),明显高于自费病人的49.06%(26/53),差异有显著性(χ2=3.92,P<0.05)。结论不同医疗费用支付方式与Ⅲ期乳腺癌患者的生存率相关。
