安徽省血防专业机构在职人员调查分析

目的调查了解安徽省血防专业机构在职人员现况。方法以调查表方式,调查与分析2004年全省血防专业机构在职人员的性别、年龄、学历、专业、工作部门、职称等状况,并与1994的调查结果进行了比较。结果全省血防在职人员2066名,比1994年减少了616人;人员结构不尽合理,整体人员素质偏低;未控制县的血防人员承担着繁重的血防任务,传播控制与传播阻断地区的血防人员承担血防任务较轻。结论未控制县应保留血防专业机构,有利于血防工作的开展;部分传播阻断地区的血防机构可以纳入疾病控制中心,有利于整合资源;应采取措施稳定血防队伍,并有计划有组织对血防人员进行培训,提高人员素质。

Investigation of professional workers in anti-schisttosomiasis institutions of Anhui province

Objective To investigate the current status of professional workers of anti-schistosomiasis institutions in Anhui province. Methods With the questionnaire, the composing of professional personnel' sex, age, education, training, speciality, tide of technical post and so on in the anti-schistosomiasis institutions were investigated, and the results investigated were analyzed and compared with that of 1994. Results In 2004, there were 2066 professional personnel who were reduced from 2638 in 1994 in whole province. The configuration of the personnel was irrational, and as a whole the diathesis of the personnel was poorer. The professorial personnel in the schistosomiasis-uncontrolled areas had heavier control task, and comparatively, the tasks charged by professional personnel in the areas where schistosomiasis transmission had been controlled or interrupted were easier and simpler. Conclusion Existence of keeping the institutions in the uncontrolled areas are propitious to control schistosomiasis. Some institutions in the areas with transmission interrupted, the number of the professional workers could be reduced, or the institution may be incorporated into local Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) so as to that health resource can be utilized with reason. As a whole the professional workers should be leveled, and they should arranged be trained to improve diathesis of the professional workers.
