摘    要:目的 观察自制Palmaz支架植入动脉后的通畅率、病理学改变、理化稳定性及支架的释放系统等。方法 自制的Palmaz支架由国产316L医用不锈钢超薄钢管制成。实验动物为正常家猪6头,植入支架共9个,部位包括:颈动脉、肾动脉、髂动脉。置入后分别于2周、1个月、3个月造影复查,并处死取出支架段血管行光镜及扫描电镜检查。结果 9个支架成功植入靶血管,所有支架即时复查均通畅。外死前复查8个架仍通畅。光镜及

Abstract:Objective To investigate the histologic changes and physicochemical stability of selfmade Palmaz stent plased in swine arteries. Methods The selfmade Palmaz stent was made of 316L stainless steel wire. Nine stents were respectively placed within internal carotid, renal and iliac arteries of six pigs. Pigs were euthanized at intervals of 0.5, 1 and 3 months respectively and angiographies were performed. Immediately followed by light and electron scanning microscopies for the stent zones. Results All stents were successfully implanted in the target arteries and were patent shown in the angiographic examination immediately after the stent placement. Eight stents (8/9) remained patent at the time before euthanisia. No migration of stents were shown in the followup angiography. Light and electron scanning microscopies showed that the surface of the stents was covered by a thin layer of endothelial cells 2 weeks after the procedure and completely covered after 4 weeks. No inflammation occurred. Conclusions The selfmade Palmaz stent has good physicochemical stability and histocompatibility with easy placement, rather long term patency, histopathologic stability and thus the promising for clinical application.
