| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定了哥王中总木脂素含量的分析方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法,测定波长为280nm。结果总木脂素的质量浓度在10.0～60.0μg.mL-1(r=0.999 3)范围内与吸光度线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.5%,RSD为1.8%。结论该方法操作简便、快捷、准确,适用于了哥王中总木脂素的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of the total lignans content in Wikstroemia indica.Methods Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used.The wavelength was 280nm.Results The lignan components showed a good linear relationship in the range of 10.0-60.0μg.mL-1(r=0.999 3).The average recovery of lignan components was 98.5%and RSD was 1.8%.Conclusions The method is accurate,sensitive and can be used for the determination of the total lignans contents in Wikstroemia indica. |
