| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨孕妇血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、一氧化氮(NO)及内皮素(ET)水平与妊娠期高血压疾病的相关性。方法:将研究对象分为3组:妊娠期高血压疾病组患者61例,其中轻度子痫前期组34例,重度子痫前期组27例;正常晚期妊娠组30例;正常育龄妇女组30例,检测各组血清Hcy、NO及血浆ET水平。结果:与正常育龄妇女组和正常晚期妊娠组比较,妊娠期高血压疾病组血清Hcy及血浆ET水平均明显升高,而NO水平显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);与轻度子痫前期组比较,重度子痫前期组血清Hcy及血浆ET升高,NO下降,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。各组血清Hcy水平与血浆ET水平呈正相关,与NO水平呈负相关;NO水平与ET水平呈负相关。结论:同型半胱氨酸、内皮素及一氧化氮水平与妊娠期高血压疾病发病及病情发展密切相关。
