摘    要:目的:研究不同交联度的医用级壳聚糖在体内、体外的降解性。方法:通过体外酶解试验和动物体内植入试验研究不同交联度的医用级壳聚糖的降解性能。结果:壳聚糖的降解速度随着交联度的增大而减慢。结论:壳聚糖是一种可生物降解材料,其交联度的大小直接影响其降解速度。

Abstract:Objective To study in vivo and vitro the degradability of medical chitosan in different degree of crosslinking. Methods The degradation of medical chitosan in different degrees of crosslinking were studied by enzymolysis in vitro and animal implantation in vivo. Results It was showed when the crosslinking degree of chitosan was increasing,the speed of degradation was lowering. Conclusion It is demonstrated that chitosan is a biodegradable material and its degradability is depending on the crosslinking degree of the material.
