| 摘 要： | 角膜新生血管(CNV)多见于感染、炎症、外伤或角膜手术后。CNV是眼表疾病的显著特征之一,血管化的角膜不但严重影响视力,而且是角膜移植失败的主要原因。近年来,随着对CNV的深入研究,在血管的形成机制和治疗方面取得了一些成果,主要就CNV治疗的新进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Corneal neovascularization (CNV) usually occurs in infectious diseases, inflammation, trauma or corneal operations. CNV can result in the failure of corneal transplantation and remarkably increase the opportunity of rejecting reaction of corneal transplantation. In recent years, there are great research developments on the mechanism and therapy of corneal neovascularization. The new advance on the treatment of corneal neovascularization is mainly concerned in this article. |
