| 摘 要： | 目的:验证电针与针刺治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻(EPISBO)的疗效,并比较其疗效差异.方法:通过回顾分析,将459例EPISBO患者分为电针组(355例)和针刺组(104例).两组在常规治疗的基础上均穴取足三里、上巨虚、太冲、公孙、悬钟,分别采用电针和针刺治疗方法,每日1次,每次30 min.结果:459例均获治愈,电针组平均治疗天数明显短于针刺组(13.5±7.5 vs 20.8±6.5,P＜0.05);两组的治疗天数均显著短于文献记载的肠外营养与药物的治疗天数(32.0±7.0,均P＜0.05).结论:电针和针刺在早期炎性肠梗阻的治疗中疗效显著,且电针的疗效优于针刺.
