| 摘 要： | 目的:对比电针与药物治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效差异.方法:将85例患者随机分为电针组(45例)、药物组(40例).电针组穴取腰夹脊穴以及肾俞、气海俞、关元俞、大肠俞、阳陵泉等,行电针疗法,每日1次;药物组口服附桂骨痛胶囊(每次4粒,每日3次)和布洛芬(每次0.3g,每日3次).治疗2周后分别评定两组患者治疗前后症状积分并比较两组疗效.结果:电针组有效率为84.4％(38/45),药物组有效率为65.0％(26/40),电针组疗效明显优于药物组(P＜0.05).治疗后两组症状积分均明显下降(均P＜0.01),且电针组的积分下降幅度大于药物组(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).结论:电针腰夹脊穴和膀胱经穴为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效优于口服附桂骨痛胶囊和布洛芬.
