| 摘 要： | 文章以2011年浙江省"医模杯"中等职业学校学生护理技能大赛为主要视角,通过回顾和总结技能大赛的特点和创新点,探讨技能大赛与我院护理专业建设相结合的问题。此次技能大赛的成功举办,为我院师资队伍的建设和学生的培养都提供了很好的发展平台。

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on "Yi Mo Bei" secondary vocational school’s student nursing skills competition,which held in Zhejiang province in 2011.This competition is comprised of reviewing and summarizing the characteristics and innovations,and also discussing the idea of combining the competition with the overall development for our nursing department.The competition is beneficial to both teaching staff and students. |
