摘    要:目的探讨仿真模拟教学法在提高护生舒适护理实践能力中的应用效果。方法将2007级护理专业74名护生设置为对照组,2008级护理专业80名护生为实验组;对照组采用体验式教学法,实验组采用仿真模拟教学法,其教学过程经历设想模拟、实践模拟、再次模拟等三个不同模拟阶段。结果舒适护理操作技能测试比较,实验组成绩优于对照组,差异有显著意义;实验组学生对该教学法主观满意度高。结论仿真模拟教学法有利于提高护生舒适护理实践能力。

Study of simulation teaching in the training of comfort nursing practical ability for nursing students

Abstract:Objective To study the applying effect of simulation teaching in the training of comfort nursing practical ability for nursing students. Method 74 nursing student of grade 2007 in nursing professional was divided into control group. 80 nursing student of grade 2008 in nursing professional was divided into experimental group. The student in control group was given the experience type teaching method, the student in experimental group was given The simulation teaching, The teaching process was three different stages, simulation, practice simulation and repetitive simulation. Result The test and comparison comfort nursing practical ability, The result in experimental group is better than that of the control group, there was significant different between the two group, the degree of satisfaction in experimental group was higher than that of control group. Conclusion Simulation teaching method is beneficial to improve the practice ability of comfortable nursing among nursing students.
