心理干预对急诊心肌梗死介入手术患者生活质量及预后的影响

目的探讨心理护理对急诊心肌梗死介入手术患者生活质量及预后的影响。方法 60例急诊心肌梗死介入手术的患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组术后采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加强心理护理干预,比较两组患者的生活质量和预后。结果观察组护理后的各项生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访6～12个月,观察组的主要心血管事件的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预有利于提高心肌梗死患者的生活质量,改善预后。

The Effect of Psychological Intervention on Quality of Life and Prognosis in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Operation

Objective To explore the effect of Psychological intervention on life quality and prognosis in patients with acute myocardial infarction operation.Methods 60 cases of acute myocardial infarction interventional operation were divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was given conventional nursing after operation,the observation group was strengthened psychological nursing intervention,the two groups were compared with the life quality and prognosis.Results The score of life quality in the observation group nursing were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Follow up of 6 months to12 months,major cardiovascular event rate in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can improve myocardial infarction patients’ quality of life,improve the prognosis.
