慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者负性情绪及影响因素的调查分析

目的探讨治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的抑郁焦虑及降低其影响因素的对策。方法应用自行设计的患者一般资料问卷和抑郁自评量表及焦虑自评量表对96例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者(研究组)进行调查,并将结果与60例健康成年人(对照组)的相应指标进行比较。结果研究组患者抑郁、焦虑评分明显高于对照组。慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者负性情绪影响因素主要包括社会、家庭、文化程度、自身等方面。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者存在明显的负性情绪,并受多种因素影响,加强心理干预,可改善负性情绪,促进患者的康复。

Analysis of Negative Mood and Its Influencing Factors Among COPD Patients

Objective To explore the anxious condition and the influencing factors of COPD patients. Methods Serf-designed questionnaires of general information for patients, a comprehensive Zung self. rating depression scale（SDS） and Zung selfrating anxiety scale （SAS） were used to investigate 96 patients with COPD patients（the study group）, and the results were compared with 60 normal persons（the control group）. Results The SDS and SAS score of the study group Was significantly higher than the control group. The negative emotion facots of the study group included social context, family, education, self-respect. Conclusion Patients with COPD has obvious negative mood, and are influenced by many kinds of factors. Strengthning the comprehensive psychological intervention can improve the negative emotional state, and promote ehabilitation of patients.
