糠秕马拉色菌蛋白酶活性的研究

摘    要:目的 检测不同来源糠秕马拉色菌菌株的蛋白酶活性并研究蛋白酶活性与其致病性的关系。方法 使用全脂牛奶平板法检测糠秕马拉色菌 3 3株临床分离株和 2 8株正常皮肤分离株蛋白酶活性 ,并选择蛋白酶活性不同的 3株菌以静脉内注射方式感染免疫抑制小鼠进行毒力实验 ,以小鼠死亡率和平均生存时间来评价菌株毒力。结果 糠秕马拉色菌临床分离株蛋白酶活性高于正常皮肤分离株 (t =5 .2 96,P <0 .0 1) ,动物试验表明蛋白酶活性愈高的菌株 ,相应死亡率愈高 ,小鼠平均生存时间愈短 ;蛋白酶活性与菌株致病性呈直接正相关 (r =0 .992 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 糠秕马拉色菌临床分离株蛋白酶活性高于正常皮肤分离株 ,蛋白酶活性高低与菌株的致病性相关

Abstract:Objective To detect the proteinase activity of Malassezia furfur strains isolated from various specimens and to study the relationship between the proteinase activity and pathogenicity.Methods 33 strains of M.furfur isolated from clinical specimens and 28 of M.furfur isolated from normal person were cultured on the whole-fat-cow's-milk plate at 32℃ for 14 days respectively to test the proteinase activities. The mortality rate and average survival time of immune-comprised mice injected with three isolates of different proteinase activities was observed to determine the association between the activity of proteinase and virulence.Results There was significant difference of proteinase activity between the M.furfur isolated from clinical specimens and normal person(t=5.296,P<0.01).Animal experiment showed that the higher proteinase activity was associated with the higher mortality rate and shorter average survival time. There was a directly positive correlation between proteinase activity and virulence (r=0.9925,P<0.01).Conclusion The proteinase activity of M.furfur isolated from clinical samples is higher than that of which isolated from normal person.The proteinase activity was correlation with the pathogenicity.
