| 摘 要： | 埃兹蛋白(ezrin)为连接于细胞膜和细胞骨架之间的ezrin-根蛋白-膜突蛋白家族成员之一,在维持细胞的形状、极性、生长运动以及信号转导方面发挥重要作用。近年来的研究发现,ezrin在多数肿瘤细胞中存在异常表达,并与肿瘤的浸润、转移有密切关系。文章就目前ezrin在多个系统的肿瘤中的表达及ezrin与肿瘤转移机制的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Ezrin is a member of ezrin-radixin-moesin(ERM)family acting as links between plasma membrane and cytoskeleton,which plays an important role in maintaining shape,polarity,growth and movement as well as signal transduction of cells.The recent study indicated that ezrin expression had abnormal expression in majority of tumor cells,which had close relationsip with tumor invasion and metastasis.This article reviews study progresses of ezrin about its expression in tumor of multiple system and its relationship with mechanism of tumor metastasis. |
