血清血小板衍生生长因子BB水平与慢性乙型肝炎的相关性分析

目的 探讨血清血小板衍生生长因子BB（PDGF-BB）水平与慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）的相关性.方法 对CHB患者血清PDGF-BB水平与其临床相关因素（年龄、性别、病史、血清HBVDNA水平、肝功能、肝纤维化指标（HA、CⅣ、PCⅢ、LN）和HBeAg状况进行相关性分析.结果 CHB患者血清PDGF-BB水平与其年龄 、性别、病史、HBVDNA水平无相关性（P＞0.05）;与肝功能和肝纤维化指标指标显著相关（P＜0.01）;肝功能分级与血清PDGF-BB水平呈正相关（P＜0.01）;HBeAg阴性CHB血清PDGF-BB水平高于HBeAg阳性CHB（P＜0.05）.结论 CHB血清PDGF-BB水平与肝脏炎症活动程度和HBeAg状态有显著相关性,能反映CHB肝功能损害的程度亦可反映CHB肝纤维化程度,可应用于CHB的肝功能和肝纤维化程度的评估.

Serum of the blood platelet derives growth factor BB and clinical correlation factors of the chronic hepatitis Banalysis

Objective To explore the relevance of CHB patientg age, sex, medical history, serum HBVDNA levels, liver function and serum levels of PDGF - BB and liver fibrosis （ HA, C IV, PC llI and LN） , and relevance between serum levels of PDGF - BB and CHB liver fibrosis degrees. Methods 74 cases of CHB patients with serum levels of PDGF - BB and CHB patient＇s age, sex, medi- cal history, serum HBVDNA levels, liver function and serum hepatic fibrosis markers （HA, C IV, PC III and LN） were analyzed. 74 eases of CHB were divided into mild, moderate and severe groups and the relevance of serum HBVDNA level, PDGF - BB levels and hepatic fibrosis and liver function classification were analyzed; The liver fibrosis index （HA, C IV, PC In and LN） and serum PDGF - BB levels of patients of HbeAg - negative and HbeAg - positive chronic hepatitis B （CHB） were compared and analyzed. Results Serum levels of PDGF - BB in patients with CHB age, sex, medical history, HBVDNA had no significant correlation （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; Liver function parameters and serum HA, PC Ill, C IV, LN were significantly correlated （P 〈0. 01 ） ; PDGF- BB levels in serum and liver fibrosis HA, PC III, C IV, LN level and liver function was positively correlated （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; PDGF - BB levels in serum hepatic fibrosis HA, PC 111, C IV, LN level was positively correlated （P 〈0. 01 ）; Serum HA, PC III, LN, C IV and serum PDGF- BB levels of HBeAg - negative group was higher than that in HbeAg - positive group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The levels of serum PDGF - BB is not only can reflect the CHB patients with liver damage but also can reflect the degree of liver fibrosis and it can be used in CHB liver function and liver fibrosis assessment.
