不同层次护生对器官捐赠现状的调查研究

目的 了解不同层次护生器官捐赠知识、态度及意愿的现状和差异,为高等护理院校进一步规划课程设置提供参考.方法 采用器官捐赠量表对610名护生(本科组315名,大专组295名)进行问卷调查.结果 护生器官捐赠知识得分为(7.25±1.45),处于中等水平;捐赠态度得分为(3.60±0.58)分,持正向态度,且本科护生在器官捐赠知识、态度、意愿方面得分高于大专护生(P＜0.01或P＜0.05).结论 高等护理院校应重视护生器官捐赠意识的培养,逐步增加器官捐赠相关课程,并将器官捐赠知识融入专业课程的教与学中,从而提高其器官捐赠的知识水平.

Study on status of organ donation coginiton and attitude of nursing students with different educational levels

Objective To investigate the current status of knowledge, attitude and willingness about organ donation of nursing students with different edu- cation levels, and to provide references and basis for curriculum planning in nursing colleges and schools. Method A total of 610 nursing students, 315 undergraduate students and 295 associate degree students, were investigated with the Organ Donation Scale. Results The scores of nursing students＇ knowl- edge of organ donation was （ 7.25 ± 1.45 ） , at moderate level, and the scores of attitude was （ 3.60 ± 0.58 ） and was positive. The scores of knowledge, attitude and willingness in the undergraduate group were higher than the associate degree group （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nursing colleges and schools should pay attention to cultivate awareness of organ donation of nursing students, gradually set up organ donation related courses and training, thus to improve the knowledge level of organ donation.
