| 摘 要： | 文章从不同医院、专科、病种、住院日、班次、时间段及工作日方面综述了工时测量法的研究现状,并分析工时测量法的影响因素,即护士因素、患者因素、测量项目和方法及其他因素等,提示临床应用时需综合考虑以上因素,从而科学、有效地测量护理工时.

| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the research status of working hour measuring methods from different hospitals, specialties, diseases, length of stay,frequen- cy, working time and working days, and analyzed the influential factors, which included nurses, patients, measuring programs and methods and other factors. It in- cluded that the clinical application should take these factors into consideration, and thus measure the nursing working hours scientifically and effectively. |
