老年癌性疼痛患者化疗期间焦虑及疼痛自我效能现状调查

目的 了解老年癌性疼痛患者化疗期间的焦虑及疼痛自我效能现状.方法 对102例老年癌性疼痛患者化疗期间进行疼痛、焦虑、疼痛自我效能感调查.结果 老年癌性疼痛患者化疗期间的焦虑得分较高,为(40.07±8.44)分;焦虑发生率为29.23％;疼痛管理自我效能感得分为(36.25 ±7.82)分,躯体性自我效能感得分为(39.52 ±7.83)分,症状应对自我效能感得分为(38.00 ±7.60)分,均属较低水平;疼痛得分较高,为(5.62±1.50)分.结论 老年癌性疼痛患者化疗期间焦虑、疼痛评分较高,而疼痛自我效能感较低.且疼痛自我效能感与疼痛、焦虑评分呈负相关.

Investigation of the anxiety and pain self - efficacy status of the elderly patients with cancer pain during chemotherapy

Objective To understand the anxiety and pain self - efficacy status of the elderly patients with cancer pain during chemotherapy. Methods A total of 102 elderly patients with cancer pain in chemotherapy period were surveyed about their pain, anxiety and pain self - efficacy status. Results The score of anxiety of the elderly patients with cancer pain during chemotherapy was （40.07 ± 8.44）, which was very high and the incidence of anxie- ty was 29. 23%. The scores of pain management self- efficacy, physical self- efficacy, the symptomatic coping self- efficacy were （36.25 ± 7. 82 ）, （ 39.52 ± 7.83 ） , （ 38.00 ± 7.60 ） respectively, which were all in lower level. But the score of pain was at a higher level （ 5.62 ± 1.50）. Conclusion The scores of anxiety and the pain are both very high in the elderly patients with cancer pain while the score of the pain self - efficacy is at a lower level. And the score of the pain self - efficacy is negatively correlated with both the score of pain and the score of the anxiety.
