实施病区护士长一日五查房的效果评价

目的 探讨病区护士长一日五查房的实施效果.方法 护士长于晨会交班前、晨间护理后、上午下班前、下午上班后和下午下班前分别进行护理质量查房.结果 病区护理质量、患者满意度均提高,护理不良事件发生率下降(P＜ 0.01或P＜0.05).结论 护士长一日五查房对护理质量的提高有着重要的促进作用,有助于加强病房管理、融洽护患关系.

Effects of implementation of the model of nursing rounds five times a day in the wards by head nurses

Objective To explore the effects of the model of nursing rounds five times a day in the wards by head nurses. Methods The head nurses car- ried out nursing quality rounds before morning shift meeting, after morning care, during morning shift, at the beginning of afternoon shift, before the end of after- noon shift. Results The nursing quality of the wards and the satisfaction degree of the patients were improved. The incidence rate of nursing adverse events was reduced （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The model of nursing rounds five times a day in the wards by head nurses plays an important role in promoting nursing quality, strengthening ward management, and enhancing a harmonious nurse - patient relationship.
