摘    要:目的 探讨院校合作驻点教学模式在培养护理人才中的应用效果.方法 实验组学生实施院校合作驻点教学模式教学,对照组学生实施传统的理论、实践分段模式进行教学.对两种模式的学生进行出科考核,并采用自行设计的学生评价表对两组学生进行调查.结果 实验组学生在组织纪律、自主学习、操作能力、沟通交流、服务态度、理论联系实际方面得分高于对照组(P<0.01),实验组学生出科考核理论与操作合格率高于对照组(P<0.01).结论 院校合作驻点教学模式有利于培养适用型护理人才.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of the stagnation teaching mode of colleges and hospital cooperation applied in training of nurses. Methods Students in experimental group were taught by the stagnation teaching mode of college and hospital cooperation, and students in control group were taught by traditional subsection teaching mode. All the students from two kinds of teaching modes were examined and investigated with a self - designed question- naire about the clinical teachers" satisfaction on nursing students. Result The students" scores of the discipline, independent study, operation ability, communica- tion, service attitude and theories contact actual in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). The pass rate of theory and op- eration examination in experimental group were higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The stagnation teaching mode of college and hospital cooperation is beneficial to cultivating the applied nursing talents.
