住院分裂症患者盐酸苯海索应用分析

目的:了解住院分裂症患者盐酸苯海索使用情况。方法:采用自制表格对住院精神分裂症患者盐酸苯海索使用率、使用原因以及使用剂量等问题进行调查,并对调查资料进行统计学分析。结果:我院使用苯海索频率为44.14%,预防性用药占合用安坦总例数的19.37%。结论:我院住院病人盐酸苯海索的使用频率(44.14%)略高于其他精神病院9.8%~42%,临床医生应该尽量避免预防性用药,以防药物滥用。

The analysis to administration of trihexyphenidyl hydrochloride to inpatients with schizophrenia

Objective:To explore the using of trihexyphenidyl hydrochloride to inpatients with schizophrenia.Methods:Investigate the rates,the reason and the dosage of using both Trihexyphenidyl hydrochloride and antipsychotic drugs to inpatients with schizophrenia by using the self-made table,the data were analyzed by appropriate statistical methods.Results: In our hospital,the total rate of using Trihexyphenidyl hydrochloride to inpatients was 44.14%.Prophylactic medication was 19.37% in both Trihexyphenidyl hydrochloride and antipsychotic drugs.Conclusions: The rate(44.14%) of using of trihexyphenidyl hydrochloride to inpatients with schizophrenia of our hospital was higher than other hospitals(9.8%~42%).The clinician should avoid prophylactic medication as far as possible and prevent drug abuse.
