| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经下腹部弧形微笑切口进行耻骨后前列腺癌根治术的方法和效果。方法：采用中心定位于前列腺的弧形微笑切口，进行耻骨后前列腺癌根治术14例，观察手术时间、输血量，并进行长期随访。结果：该切口暴露良好，易于手术操作。患者随访1～40个月．无切口相关并发症。结论：下腹部弧形微笑切口进行耻骨后前列腺癌根治术，有利于暴露、减少出血，切口愈合好符合美学观点，值得临床推广应用。
