| 摘 要： | 本文利用氚—胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H—TdR)掺入法研究了油酸对小鼠艾氏腹水癌细胞 DNA 合成的影响,其最高抑制强度为66.7%,与阿糖胞苷等药物比较,作用强度为阿糖胞苷的75.43%,揭示了油酸能够干扰(~3H—TdR)进入癌细胞影响 DNA 的合成

| Abstract: | The effect of oleic acid on the formation of DNA was studied using the method of incorporation of ~3H-TdR into Ehrlich ascitic cancer cells.The maximum intensity of inhibition was 66.7%,which was 75.43%that of cytosine arabinoside. The experimental results showed that oleic acid prevented ~3H-T dR from incorporating into cancer cells so as to interfere the syn- thesis of DNA. |
