养阴清热法对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗影响

目的:观察养阴清热法中药对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法:将80例2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例。两组患者均经饮食调控、停用降脂药,两组均用磺脲类和双胍类降糖药物,经过2周的平台期观察后,治疗组在此基础上加用养阴清热法中药治疗,疗程8周。治疗前后观察:空腹胰岛素(FIns),空腹血糖(FPG),餐后2h血糖(2hPG),糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)等指标的观察,并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果:治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P0.05),降低血糖、血脂、空腹胰岛素,改善胰岛素敏感性方面,差异具有显著性意义(P0.05或P0.01)。结论:中药在降糖、降脂的同时能显著改善患者的胰岛素抵抗。
