泮托拉唑治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性的消化性溃疡并发上消化道出血36例疗效分析

目的：探讨泮托拉唑对幽门螺杆菌（HP）阳性的消化性溃疡并发上消化道出血的治疗效果。方法：对我院收治的HP阳性的消化性溃疡并发上消化道出血72例进行回顾性分析。观察两组出血、腹痛、溃疡愈合及HP转阴的情况。结果：泮托拉唑治疗HP阳性的消化性溃疡并发上消化道出血疗效与对照组相似，P〉0．05。结论：泮托拉唑治疗HP阳性的消化性溃疡并发上消化道出血有良好的临床疗效．是一个很有发展前景的H^＋-K^＋-ATP酶抑制剂，值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy analysis of pantoprazole for treating Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in 36 cases

Objective ：To study the therapeutic effect of pantoprazole for treating Helicobacter pylori （HP） positive peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods：72 cases of HP-positive peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into the treatment group （36 cases） and the control group （36 cases）. Bleeding,abdominal pain, ulcer healing and Helicobacter pylori negative situation were observed and analysed retrospectively. Results：Pantoprazole treatment of HP- positive peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding had similar effect of the control group （P〉0.05）.Conclusion ：Panto- prazole treatment of HP-positive peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding has good clinical efficacy.Pantoprazole is a promising H^＋/K^＋-ATP enzyme inhibitors and worth for clinical application.
