| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨抗精子抗体（AsAb），抗心磷脂抗体（AcA ）与反复自然流产的关系。方法：采用ELISA法测定反复自然流产病人血清中AsAb、AcA 的含量。结果：流产组血清AsAb、AcA 明显高于对照组（P＜0．01），出现显著性差异。结论：抗精子抗体和抗心磷脂抗体与反复自然流产有着密切的关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between AsAb, AcA and recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods Detecting the content of AsAb,AcA in senum in recurrent spontaneous abortion by ELISA.Results AsAb,AcA in senum of recurrent spontaneous abortion was significantly higher than that in the control group.( P <0.01).There were a prominent difference.Conclusion The results show that the AsAb,AcA in senum may be related to recurrent spontaneous abortion. |
