摘    要:目的:探讨肠内营养乳剂佳维体对改善ICU危重患者营养状况的效果。方法:对38例患者做出营养风险筛查总分,监测应用肠内营养乳剂佳维体前、后,血红蛋白、人血白蛋白、前白蛋白、C-反应蛋白等情况变化。数据采用SPSS20.0软件进行处理,采用单因素方差分析方法。结果:应用肠内营养乳剂营养治疗后,患者的血红蛋白、人血白蛋白及前白蛋白均有升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C-反应蛋白差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肠内营养乳剂佳维体作为肠内营养可改善ICU危重患者营养状况,促进机体蛋白合成,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the the enteral nutrition jiaweiti to improve the nutritional status of critically ill ICU patients. Methods: Thirty-eight patients were made the total score of nutrition risk screening and hemoglobin, human serum albumin, prealbumin, C-reactive protein and other changes in circumstances were monitored before and after the appliantions of enteral nutrition jiaweiti. The data was processed by using SPSS 20. 0 software , and using one-way ANOVA. Results: The patient's hemoglobin, human serum albumin and prealbumin were higher after using enteral nutrition emulsion nutrition than before, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05) ; C-reactive protein was no statistically significant difference (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The enteral nutrition emulsions jiaweiti as enteral nutrition can improve the nutritional status of critically ill ICU patients, and promote the body protein synthesis, it is worthy of clinical application.
