| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨小剂量普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的疗效和安全性。方法:血管瘤患儿随机分为治疗组(30例。口服普萘洛尔0.5～2mg.kg-1.d-1))及对照组(30例。口服维生素C0.5～2mg.kg-1.d-1),疗程均1～9个月。结果:治疗组显效9例,有效19例,无效2例,有效率93.3%;对照组显效1例,有效8例,无效21例,有效率30.0%(P<0.05)。治疗组心动过缓2例,食欲下降2例;结论:普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤疗效显著,不良反应少,安全性较高,可作为婴幼儿血管瘤的一线用药。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the efficacy and safety of propranolol in the treatment of infantile hemangioma.Methods：A total of 60 infants with hemangioma was classified into treatment group（taken orally propranolol 0.5 ～ 2.0 mg·kg-1.d-1）and control group（taken orally Vitamin C 0.5 ～ 2.0 mg·kg-1.d-1）.The course was 1 to 9 months.Results：In the treatment group,there were 9 cases with marked effect,19 cases with effective results,2 cases with no-effect,and the efficiency was 93.3.In the control group,the excellent result was one case,8 cases with effective results,21 cases with no-effect,and the efficiency was 30.0%（P0.05）.The tachycardia and anorexia were found,each 2 cases in the treatment group.Conclusion：Propranolol is effective and safety as first-line treatment for infantile hemangioma. |
