| 摘 要： | 目的:了解该安徽省合同制护士现状,完善对合同制护士的管理。方法:发放问卷对该省60所质控网络医院的合同制护士进行现状调查。结果:合同制护士待遇普遍偏低,合同制护士离职率高,队伍欠稳定,直接影响病人安全。结论:各级管理部门应制定相关政策,采取有效措施,加强合同制护士的管理,保障病人安全,提高护理质量。

| Abstract: | Objectives: To find out the current situation of contract nurses in Anhui province, and to improve the management to them. Methods: The contract nurses working in 60 hospitals of Anhui province were investigated by a questionnaire. Results: Contract nurses were low-paid and floating, influencing the safety of patients. Conclusion: Enhancing the scientific management of contract nurses is vital to guarantee the safety of patients and to improve the quality of nursing. |
