同步化疗方案治疗晚期食道癌的疗效分析

目的观察同步化疗治疗食道癌的临床疗效和毒副作用。方法 52例患者随机分成两组,治疗组26例,同时给予顺铂（DDP）、平阳霉素（PYM）、5-氟尿嘧啶（5-FU）、醛氢叶酸（CF）化疗,3周为1个周期,3周期为1个疗程;对照组26例,采用紫杉醇（TAX）、顺铂（DDP）方案治疗,3周为1个周期,3周期为1个疗程。结果 52例治疗后总有效率治疗组61.5%,对照组50.0%,主要毒副反应为恶心、呕吐、腹泻为主的消化道反应、骨髓抑制、脱发,两组差异无统计学意义。结论 PPLF同步化疗方案对治疗晚期食道癌临床疗效确切,缓解率高,毒副反应较轻,患者可以耐受,是一种安全有效的方法,值得临床推广。

Efficacy of concurrent chemoradiotherapy for the treatment of patients with esophageal carcinoma

Objective To observe the efficacy and toxicity of in the patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma. Methods 52 patients with esophageal carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups,26 patients in the concurrent chemoradio therapy group received DDP,PYM,5-FU,CF,while 26 patients in the control group received TAX,DDP,3 weeks a cycling. Results After treatment,the total effective rate accounted for 61. 5% in the therapy group,while 50. 0% in the control group. The main side effects were gastrointestinal reaction and leukopinia. There were no significant differences between twogroups. Conclusion The PPLF concurrent chemoradio thearapy was safe and effective for esophageal carcinoma,Patient are well endurable,it is worthy of doing clinical therapy.
