西北地区东片部队医疗机构消化内镜消毒质量情况调查

目的了解西北地区东片部队医疗机构消化内镜的消毒质量情况。方法采用现场检查和问卷方式进行调查。结果部队医疗机构2006-2009年设独立清洗消毒室的单位合格率范围72.7%～100%;有专用清洗槽的单位为81.8%～100%;有清洗消毒机的单位为9.1%～36.4%;有高压水枪的单位为0%～36.4%;有超声清洗机的单位为36.4%～54.5%。所有医疗机构消化内镜消毒均采用戊二醛消毒剂,使用多酶洗液清洗消化内镜的单位数逐年增加。到2009年所有内镜室都对使用中戊二醛每日进行浓度监测,有80%以上单位开展对内镜消毒效果和室内空气卫生学监测以及其他项目监测工作。结论所调查的部队医疗机构消化内镜消毒技术总体上相对落后,所有内镜室均采用戊二醛消毒,专用消毒装置配置率较低,需要加强监督监管力度,提高内镜消毒质量。

INVESTIGATION ON DISINFECTION QUALITY OF DIGESTIVE TRACT ENDOSCOPE IN MILITARY MEDICAL INSITUTIONS IN EASTERN AREA OF NORTHWEST CHINA

Objective To investigate the disinfection quality of digestive tract endoscope in military medical institutions in eastern area of Northwest China.Methods On the spot inspection and questionnaires were used.Results During 2006-2009,the disinfectant qualified rate of military medical units equipped with independent washing and disinfectant rooms ranged from 72.7% to 100%;the units with special purpose washing trough accounted from 81.8% to 100%;the units with washing and disinfectant machines accounted from 9.1% to 36.4%;the units with high-pressure hydraulic rifles accounted from 0% to 36.4%;the units with ultrasonic washing machines accounted from 36.4% to 54.5%.Pentanedial disinfectant was used in disinfecting digestive tract endoscopes in all the military medical institutions examined.The units in which multi-enzyme lotion used in cleaning digestive tract endoscopes increased year by year.Pentanedial concentration had always been monitored every day till 2009 in all the endoscope rooms.The monitoring of disinfectant effects on digestive tract endoscopes and hygiene indoor air and other monitoring work were developed in more than 80% endoscope rooms.Conclusion The disinfection technique using pentanedial for endoscope is relatively backward in all the investigated military medical institutions;the disposition rate of special purpose disinfectant devices is lower and supervisory work needs to be strengthened so as to enhance the disinfectant quality for endoscopes.
