医院肿瘤病房医务人员手卫生现状调查

目的了解医院肿瘤病房医务人员手卫生现状,为改进和提高手卫生质量提供参考。方法通过现场查看和问卷调查方式,对黄石市部分综合医院肿瘤病房医务人员手危险现状进行了调查。结果医院肿瘤科医务人员洗手用固体肥皂占86.6%,只有少数使用洗手液;有19%医务人员手消毒用消毒液浸泡,另有20.7%的人员使用消毒巾擦拭。医院肿瘤科医务人员中有98%以上人了解接触病人血液、分泌物等污染后要洗手,但洗手执行率较低,多数人认为没有时间或洗手设施不方便。结论该地区医院肿瘤科医务人员对手卫生知识了解不够,执行率低,手消毒剂和手卫生设施不足。

INVESTIGATION ON STATUS OF HAND HYGIENE OF HEALTH CARE WORKERS IN ONCOLOGY WARD

Objective To know the status of hand hygiene of health care worker in oncology wards,in order to provide basis for improving hand hygiene quality.Methods On-the-spot investigation and questionnaires were used to investigate health care worker′s hands hygiene of oncology wards in some comprehensive hospital in Huangshi city.Results 86.6% of the health care worker used solid soap to wash hands,only little part of them used hand-washing lotion.19% of them disinfected hands by immersing in the disinfectant,20.7% scraped by disinfection paper.More than 98% of the health care worker washed their hands after contact with patients′ blood and secretion,but the performance rate was low.Most of them thought lack of time and the hand-washing facilities was not convenient.Conclusion The health care worker have not adequate knowledge about the hand hygiene,the performance rate is low,and the hand disinfectant and hand disinfection facility are insufficient.
