摘    要:目的探讨microRNA-130a在非小细胞肺癌中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法应用Real-time PCR方法检测100例非小细胞肺癌患者组织标本中microRNA-130a的表达水平,结合临床病理资料进行统计学分析。结果非小细胞肺癌组织中microRNA-130a的表达水平升高,而且其表达与淋巴结转移和临床分期有显著相关性(P< 0.05)。此外,microRNA-130a的表达与患者吸烟有显著相关性(P< 0.05)。多因素分析发现临床分期、淋巴结转移、microRNA-130a的表达对预后的影响有显著相关性(P< 0.01)。结论microRNA-130a将来可能作为非小细胞肺癌诊断和预后判断的分子标志物。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of microRNA-130a in non-small cell lung cancer and analyze their correlation with clinical parameters.Methods Real-time PCR method was used to examine 100 samples of non-small cell lung cancer.Results The expression of microRNA-130a in non-small cell lung cancer was increased.It’s expression was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage(P< 0.05).Multivariate analysis showed the prognosis was statistically correlated with clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and microRNA-130a expression(P< 0.01).Conclusion microRNA-130a might play an important role in non-small cell lung cancer and thus be the potential gene therapy target for this cancer.
