氢溴酸右美沙芬胶囊溶出速率的实验

目的研究氢溴酸右美沙芬胶囊体外溶出速率的方法。方法溶出度测定法,溶出介质为0.1mol.L-1盐酸溶液,氢溴酸右美沙芬胶囊的溶出量采用高效液相色谱法测定。结果氢溴酸右美沙芬浓度在0.1～0.3mg.mL-1范围内与各自的峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r为0.9998。平均回收率为99.7%,RSD 0.5%。该样品30min溶出量在90%以上。结论本方法用于氢溴酸右美沙芬胶囊中氢溴酸右美沙芬的溶出度测定可行。

Study on the of dissolution rate of Dextromethorphan hydrobromide capsule

OBJECTIVE To study on the dissolution rate in vitro of Dextromethorphan hydrobromide capsule in entecavir capsules.METHODS method was used as the stirring element.solvent was 0.1mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid solution.The dissolution rate of its entecavir was determined by HPLC.RESULTS The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.1～0.3mg.mL-1,r=0.9998.The average recoveries were 99.7% with RSD was 0.5%.The average dissolution of entecavir for this drug exceeded the marker amount by 90%in 30 minutes.CONCLUSION The method is good for the dissolution determination of Dextromethorphan hydrobromide capsule.
