| 摘 要： | 目的 检测正常宫颈组织及宫颈鳞癌组织中VEGF的表达情况,探讨VEGF的表达在子宫颈鳞癌的临床意义.方法 收集64例子宫颈鳞癌组织和22例正常宫颈组织,采用免疫组织化学法(Elivision法)检测各组织中VEGF因子的表达.结果 正常宫颈组织中几乎没有VEGF的表达,VEGF在宫颈鳞癌组织中蛋白表达水平较正常宫颈组织显著增加(P＜0.05),差异有统计学意义.结论 VEGF的表达与宫颈鳞癌的发生发展密切相关.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of VEGF in normal cervical tissue and cervical carcinoma,and to explore their clinical significance.Methods Specimens surgically resected from 64 cases of cervical carcinoma and 22 cases of cervical benign disease were collected.The expression of VEGF in them was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The result of immunohistochemistry showed that there were little expression of VEGF in normal cervical tissues,and cervical carcinoma tissues had a significantly increase compared with that in normal cervical tissues(P<0.05).There were significant differences between normal cervical tissue and cervical carcinoma.Conclusion The expression of VEGF displayed a correlation and closely related with the carcinogenesis and development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. |
