阿奇霉素对淋菌性尿道炎的治疗效果：附163例报告

为了解阿奇霉素（Azm）对急性淋菌性尿道炎的治疗效果，探索短程有效疗法，应用Azm治疗淋菌性尿道炎163例，并对Azm单剂量和4d疗程治疗结果进行了分析。结果Azm总治愈率达92．1％，单剂量及4d疗程疗效满意，且无明显差异（P＞0．05）；治疗合并沙眼衣原体及解脲支原体感染优于其他药品。认为Azm可作为淋菌性尿道炎的常用药物或首选药物。

Evaluation of treatment in gonococcal urethritis with azithromycin (Report of 163 cases)

In two randomized studies,azithromycin treatment (1. 5 g) as a single dose or 1. 5 g first time and 0. 5 g one daily for three days was administed to patients with N-gonococcal and nongonococcal urethritis. 163 patients with N-gonococcal urethritis which were divided into two groups and seventeen patients complicated non-gonococcal urethritis who had infected were evaluable at the end of the treatment. Patients with gonococcal urethritis (147 cases) and prostatitis (13 cases)were clinically and bacteriologically cured. The cure rate are same in petients between a single 1. 5 gdose and 1.5 g first time and 0. 5 g one daily for three days of azithromycin. It was concluded that azithromycin was .efficacious and safe for the treatment of N-gonococcal and non-gonococcal infections and might relieve patients. complaints.
