摘    要:目的:在门诊药房构建有效、合理的绩效考核管理机制,调动员工的积极性。方法:制定量化的绩效考核管理办法,将绩效考核与个人惩奖相结合。结果与结论:门诊药房通过实施绩效考核管理后,进一步提高了工作效率和服务质量,强化了各岗位人员职责,减少了差错事故的发生。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To develop an effective and reasonable performance appraisal management system in outpatient pharmacy so as to motivate staff's working enthusiasm. METHODS: A quantified appraisal management system was established in which personal rewards and punishments were taken into fully consideration. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: Due to the practice of performance appraisal management system, the working efficiency and the grade of service quality in outpatient pharmacy have been greatly enhanced, personal responsibility at each post has been reinforced, and the incidences of mistakes and accidents have been reduced.
