摘    要:通过对银杏叶中金松双黄酮(Sciadopitysin)的~1H-NMR,NOEDS,~(13)C-NMR,DEPT及~1H-~1H COSY,~(13)C-~1H COSY和Long-range ~(13)C-~1H COSY谱的综合分析,确定了其结构和信号归属,为这一类双黄酮化合物的结构鉴定提供了进一步的依据。

Abstract:The authors made a complete analysis of the spectra: ~1H-NMR、NOEDS、~(13)C-NMR、DEPT、~1H-~1H COSY、~(13)C-~1H COSY and LR ~(13)C-~1H COSY of Sciadopitysin, and confirmed its structure and signal assignment, which constitute helpful information for the identification of this kind of biflavone.
