表皮生长因子和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合应用于深度褥疮的护理研究

摘    要:目的]探讨表皮生长因子和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合应用于深度褥疮的护理效果。方法]选择褥疮45例处,其中Ⅱ期褥疮19例处、Ⅲ期21例处、Ⅳ期5例处,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组将表皮生长因子和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合喷洒于褥疮创面,结合微波治疗;对照组用抗生素药液湿敷,予红外线局部照射,观察创面修复情况及愈合速度。结果]实验组创面愈合速度为0.1mm/d~0.3mm/d,对照组为0.07mm/d~0.15mm/d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组有效率高于对照组。结论]表皮生长因子和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合应用于深度褥疮的治疗,疮面愈合效果好于传统的抗生素湿敷及红外线照射法。

Abstract:Objective:To probe into the effect of nursing care of deep bedsore patients treated with epidermal growth factor and basic fibroblast growth factor. Method: A total of 45 places of bedsore were selected, among which, 19 places in the second stage, 21 in the third stage, and 5 in the fourth stage, and divided into test and control groups. Patients of test group were given epidermal growth factor and basic fibroblast growth factor sprayed on the surface of bedsores and combined with microwave therapy. Patients of control group were offered antibiotic solution wet compressing and local irradiance with infrared ray. Then both the repair and the healing speed of wound surface of all cases were observed. Result: In terms of both the healing speed of wound surface and general effectiveness rate, patients of test group were superior to that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The wound surface healing effects of applying epidermal growth factor with basic fibroblast growth factor on surface of deep bedsore were better than the traditional way of antibiotics wet compressing and local irradiation with infrared ray.
