| 摘 要： | 目的：选择一种高效、快速、刺激性小、经济实用的消毒洗手液，用于临床护士连续性静脉输液时手部皮肤消毒。方法：选用洗必泰酒精、健之素、诺延手消毒者哩，抽取临床护士20名，在连续性静脉输液中，分次应用不同消毒液进行手消毒后取样，实验室细菌培养；判断对手的刺激性。结果：洗必泰酒精、健之素消毒效果较好，合格率100％；诺延手消毒者哩刺激性最小；但差异均无统计学意义，P〉0．05。结论：诺延手消毒者哩消毒效果不理想（20％不合格率），且市场价格比较昂贵，不宜临床普及使用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To chose a high efficiency,rapid,bland,economic and pragmatic antiseptic handwashing lotions for continuous transfusion of clinical nursing.Methods:The sampls of hand-skin of 20 nurses were taken after treated with chlorhexidine(hibitane)Jianzhisu and Noyanshou lotions respectively.The sampls were cultured in laboratory,the toxicidium and the irritations were assessed.Results:The chlorhexidineand Jianzhisu were effective for hands disinfection with 100% qualification rate and the Noyanshou was a bland to the hands skin.But there were no statistical difference among the three handwashing lotions(P>0.05).Conclusion:Noyanshou is not applicable for handwashing for it is expensive and its unqualified rate is 20%. |
