上海世博安保早期军队“三防”医学救援人群心理健康现状调查研究

目的调查参与上海世博安保中军队＂三防＂医学救援人群在世博安保早期心理健康状况,探讨其原因,为建立世博安保中军队＂三防＂医学救援人群的心理健康教育方法提供数据支撑。方法采用SCL-90、SDS、SAS等量表对执行世博安保1个月内军队某部＂三防＂医学救援支队中技术组及士兵组进行整群抽样测试,将结果与军人常模进行比较,并通过人口学资料差异的比较探索影响心理健康的因素。结果技术组和士兵组SCL-90各因子得分明显好于军人常模,技术组好于士兵组（P〈0.01）,多重线性逐步回归分析结果发现,士兵组的心理状况与文化程度和队别密切相关。士兵组的焦虑、抑郁水平高于技术组。结论世博安保早期的军队＂三防＂医学救援人员的心理状况相对较好,不同的任务性质对技术组及士兵组心理健康影响较大,提示应开展针对性的心理干预。

Mental health status of military NCB defense medical rescue team in Shanghai World Expo in the early stage of security support

Objective To investigate mental health status of the Military Nuclear、Biological and Chemical Defense Medical Rescue Team（MNBCDMRT） in the early stage of security support for Shanghai World Expo and provide data for establishing methods of mental health education among team members.Methods SCL-90,SDS and SAS were used among experts and soldiers who served the World Expo within the first month.These people were selected by cluster sampling.The results were compared with the norm.Factors which influenced mental health were studied through the difference in demographic data.Results SCL-90 elements scores of experts and soldiers were much better than the soldies′ norm（P0.01）.Stepwise regression showed that mental health status of soldiers was closely related to their education background and the group they worked in.Anxiety and depression levels of the soldiers were higher than those of the experts.Conclusions Military NBC defense rescue team in Shanghai World Expo Security enjoyed good mental health status.However,proper intervention is necessary depending on the nature of their tasks.
