| 摘 要： | 2001年美国炭疽邮件恐怖事件发生后,相关学者对生物恐怖,特别是对炭疽恐怖事件的危害评估,展开了深入研究。本文从确定炭疽芽孢杆菌芽孢浓度分布的扩散模型和确定发病率同芽孢剂量关系的剂量响应模型两个方面,对目前炭疽恐怖事件的人员危害的定量评估研究状况和前瞻作一综述。

| Abstract: | The assessment of bioterrorism,especially anthrax terrorism,has been developed a lot since 2001 anthrax attack in the United States.In this paper,by summarizing dispersion models calculating the concentration distribution of Bacillus anthracis spores and dose-response models determining the relationship between morbidity and spore dose,the research actualities and prospects in the current quantitative hazard assessment of persons against anthrax terrorism are reviewed. |
