| 摘 要： | 目的了解珠海市人民医院重症监护科营养支持药物的应用情况,探讨肠内营养(EN)、肠外营养(PN)、肠内肠外营养(EN+PN)的临床治疗效果。方法采用药物利用分析方法对珠海市人民医院2010-09～2011-08重症监护科营养药物的用药频度(DDDs)、药物利用指数(DUI)进行分析;并选取此期间该科患者119例,分别按EN组32例、EN+PN组55例、PN组32例进行回顾性调查,考察其营养支持前后血红蛋白(Hb)、血清白蛋白(sALB)的变化,进行分析比较。结果 DDDs排序前3位的药品分别是人血白蛋白(5 g)、肠内营养混悬液(能全力)、5%复方氨基酸注射液(18AA)。3组患者的Hb及sALB均有不同程度降低,PN组降低最多。PN组与EN组、PN组与EN+PN组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),EN组与EN+PN组间比较则没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。各组用药时机基本与指南相符。结论本院重症监护科营养支持药物的应用基本合理。EN或EN+PN的营养治疗效果优于PN,重症监护患者应积极采用EN。
