骨髓干细胞动员预防血管内支架植入术后再狭窄的临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨自体骨髓干细胞动员对动脉狭窄血管内支架植入后再狭窄的影响。方法根据知情自愿原则,选择30例需对狭窄动脉植入内支架的自愿者,设为治疗组,在植入内支架的前3~5d进行骨髓干细胞动员。30例只行内支架植入,设为对照组。术后对病变部位性64排CT血管成像(D0),而后在术后1个月、3个月、6个月、18个月分别对病变部位行64排CT血管成像(D1、D2、D3、D4),对比管径变化,观察临床疗效。结果管径不小于术后90%为通畅。治疗组1个月通畅率100%、3个月通畅率100%、6个月通畅率96%、18个月通畅率92%。对照组1个月通畅率100%、3个月通畅率81%、6个月通畅率76%、18个月通畅率56%。结论动脉狭窄内支架植入,结合骨髓动员,可提高术后通畅率,巩固治疗效果,是一种理想的治疗方法。

Abstract:【Objective】 To evaluate the clinical effect of autologous bone marrow stell cell mobilization on artery stenosis after percutaneous stent implantation.【Methods】 Accodding to the principle of informed consent,30 cases who accepted percutaneous stent implantation after 3-5days autologous bone marrow stell cell mobilization was the treatment group.The control group only accepted the percutaneous stent implantation.The two groups all received 64-slice spiral CT angiography examination on occlusion sites recently 1month after the treatment Test the artery diameter,and observed the results.【Results】 The artery diameter less than 90% of after operation was regarded as.The patency rate of treatment group at 3 months 6 months 18 months after operation were 100%,100%,96% and 92%,the control group were 100%,81%,75% and 56%.【Conclusion】 Combined the autologous bone marrow stell cell mobilization with percutaneous stent implantation maybe an idal therapy way on artery stenosis,which can improve the patency rate and consolidate operation effects.
