| 摘 要： | 目的观察和胃消痞合剂对慢性胃炎大鼠胃液pH值和胃黏膜病理的影响。方法采用综合法对大鼠进行造模,造模后给予和胃消痞合剂进行治疗。观察病理学改变,并测定胃液的pH值。结果给予和胃消痞合剂治疗后,大鼠胃黏膜炎症分级明显降低,胃液pH值明显升高。结论和胃消痞合剂能明显升高胃液pH值,并且改善慢性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜炎症,保护和修复损伤胃黏膜作用。
