高分辨CT(HRCT)对尘肺病早期肺间质改变的研究

摘    要:目的研究高分辨CT(HRCT)技术在尘肺早期肺间质改变的影像诊断及临床治疗应用价值。方法采用HRCT对我院收治150例有明确尘肺接触史的职业工人进行动态(3个月~2年不等)的影像学观察,采用常规及HRCT扫描,利用图像后处理重建技术,分析HRCT的影像学表现。结果 HRCT可清晰显示所有病例的肺间质病变征象,提供更多的尘肺早期肺间质病变诊断信息。结论 HRCT是诊断尘肺早期肺间质病变可靠的影像依据,是评价尘肺微细病变有效的方法,对指导临床治疗及提高职业尘肺病人的远期生活质量有着重要指导意义。

Abstract:【Objective】 To evaluate the value of HRCT in diagnosing lung interstitial disease in patients with pneumoconiosis in the early stage and the value in guiding clinical management.【Methods】 Dynamic observation of changes in thoracic images of 150 workers who have history of exposure to dust in our hospital were made using routine CT scan and HRCT for 3 month to 2 years.Analyse imaging features of thoracic images acquired by HRCT using post-processing and reconstruction technology.【Results】 HRCT can show sign of lung interstitial disease definitely,it provide more information about pulmonary intersitital in the early stage of pneumoconiosis.【Conclusion】 HRCT is a reliable imaging evidence in diagnosing lung interstitial disease in the early stage of pneumoconiosis and an effective method in evaluating minimal change in pneumoconiosis.It has an important contribution to clinical treatment and improving patients' longer-term life quality who suffer from pneumoconiosis.
