| 摘 要： | 目的分析63例儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病患者采用大剂量甲氨蝶呤化疗时血药浓度监测数据,作为个体化用药的参考。方法 在用药后24、304、87、2、96 h取血,用荧光偏振免疫法测定患儿的血药浓度并进行统计分析。结果男女患儿中毒可能性相同;机体对甲氨蝶呤处置存在性别差异;各监测时间点都出现中毒个例。结论有必要监测甲氨蝶呤血药浓度,作为调整甲氨蝶呤剂量和应用四氢叶酸钙解救的参考。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the serum concentration of 63 patients with childhood acute lymphocyte leukemia(ALL) therapy by high-dose methotrexate(HDMTX).Methods The serum MTX concentrations were measured at 24,30,48,72,and 96 h after infusion by fluorescence polarization immunoassay(FPIA),and analyzed statistically.Results There was no difference of MTX-related toxicities between boys and girls,the dose of MTX should be different between boys and girls,MTX-related toxicities were observed at each point.Conclusion... |
