| 摘 要： | 目的探讨药品库存ABC分类管理的采购模式,合理控制药品贮备和库存量,提高药品管理效率。方法运用药品ABC分类定期定量的方法管理库存,确定药品高低限量,利用计算机程序自动生成各类药品采购计划单。结果本法运用在医院药品库存管理上,既保证药品供应、减少库存量,又加速医院资金周转,提高管理的效率与水平。结论利用药品ABC分类定期定量的方法使药品高低限量的设定更为合理,体现了计算机对库存限额管理的优越性。
